Permanent interactive installation about the identity of memory curated by STUDIO AZZURRO Museo del Lavoro e delle Tradizioni Popolari della Versilia Storica, Palazzo Mediceo, Seravezza
“Fondazione Terre Medicee and the Municipality of Seravezza with the co-organization of Stefano Leone and Maurizio Marco Tozzi are pleased to present “Le immagini dei gesti, i gesti delle immagini” (transl. Images of gestures, gestures of images), an interactive installation about the identity of memory by STUDIO AZZURRO, which will be inaugurated at the Palazzo Mediceo on Saturday 15 June at 18.00. The work was born as the completion of a workshop held last April by Leonardo Sangiorgi (co-founder of STUDIO AZZURRO, the most important multimedia production studio in Italy), assisted by Marco Ferrari, whose themes are the territory and the traditions of Historical Versilia that are gathered inside the Museo del Lavoro e delle Tradizioni Popolari situated in Palazzo Mediceo of Seravezza, heritage of the Unesco. The workshop participants Martina Agostini, Indiara Di Benedetto, Lisha Liang, Zhu Yaning, Yang Zheming collected 18 statements related to the museum’s themes”.
